other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....
I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.
On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.
American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.
It was right on time and crew were very courteous
First of all the check in was terrible . No customer service treated us like we are lucky to fly on American . And kayak never notified us of flight changes , I think we got a text at 3 in the morning before our flight . Charges for seats and luggage ! Really flying is just plain stressful .
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

I appreciate that the flight boarded and departed on time and landed slightly early. However, the plane was completely full (I suspect overbooked) and took a long time to board, during which time the CO2 level in the cabin climbed over 2,200 ppm, which is NOT SAFE given that COVID-19 is still being transmitted at a substantial rate across most of the country and airlines no longer require passengers to mask. Also, the midflight credit card sales pitch was tacky. It's like our airlines are being run by Ferengi.
My trip nearly doubled in length... Everything else probably could have been tolerated...
The seats were far too small. I was able to fit comfortably but the passenger sat to my right clearly was too big for the seat and spilled into my seat. I think it would be wise having a maximum size limit for passengers as it made the flight extremely uncomfortable for me due to being sat next to them. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and embarrassing this must’ve been for that passenger who tried their best to not be half in my chair but to no success. If you can advise what is the best course of action in this scenario as there was no space for the stewards to relocate them and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to have an awkward conversation to someone who clearly can’t fit in this seat. Leg room great in main cabin....short flight no interaction with cabin crew
The boarding gate was moved so many times that I missed my flight. No attendants would help me. The wrong gate was even on my boarding pass. I had to repurchase everything. I’ll never fly again. Really a terrible day as I had planned to see a former student who is dying in Louisville Never ever will I forget that day. Your airline is totally uncaring.
Horrible, first flight delayed. They switched my connecting flight while I was en route and even though I was originally supposed to be on the flight going back home to boston, refused to let me board and told me I would have to wait for next flight that was 14 hours later. Ended up renting a car and driving 6.5 hours back home. Still getting messages about flight and it is now showing that the other flight they put me on is now canceled and I would have to wait 24 hours for the next one. I will never book with spirit again
I paid just under 200 for flight and luggage, then paid 200 to change the flight, then paid 100 for a carry on. Then the cancelled the flight. Of the 500 I spent they refunded 250. I bought a delta flight for 270 never flew with spirit, but spirit kept 250, not even refunding the 100 for the carry on though they cancelled the flight (for weather on a day with only a slight rain ).
Seats are very small and extremely hard. Too close together. The person next to me had average shoulders and was very far into my 'space'.
The seats were very uncomfortable. The crew was very polite and helpful.
Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

The flight was delayed almost two hours on the front end, and an hour on the backend once we landed and waited for a gate to open up. We were told to remain in our seats during that whole delay and I had to go to the bathroom badly. I was unable to hold it and was forced to urinate in my pants while in my seat. I then had to sit in it until we finally deboarded and I was able to change my clothes.
Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger
